Staff Operations Guide

1. Walk-in Reservation

Click any available (dark) slot → "Reserve (Walk-in)" → fill client details → confirm. Slot auto-updates to Reserved.

2. Walk-in Occupation (Full Payment)

Click any available or reserved slot → "Mark as Occupied" → fill client + occupant details → confirm. Slot auto-updates to Occupied.

3. Status Manual Override

Use the status buttons in the slot panel to manually change any slot status without recording a payment (e.g. cancellations, corrections).

4. Pricing

Prices are fixed per level and cannot be edited here. Senior/PWD 20% discount is available.
